"The Sea" is an experiential soundscape. The Ocean surf being a constant presence through all the pieces. Each track has a themed musical interlude at the beginning to set the mood and tone, not unlike guided meditation, but using music rather than direct voice guidance, thus allowing each listener to envision and feel a unique experience. The four pieces embody the passing of a day , sunrise (Awaken), morning (Distant Call), afternoon (Joy) and night fall (Dream). Additionally available "The Ocean" is just the natural sound of the surf. Recording is from a location with a deposit of coarse shells, so at the peak rise of the surf you can hear the shells tumbling together...May you find as much joy in listening as I did creating...
